The background and experience of our associates dates back to the seventies. We have...

  • been involved in the hydrodynamic, structural, and systems designs of Marathon LeTourneau’s 84 Class, 116 Class, and Gorilla Class jackups, most of the Bethlehem jackups built between 1968 - 1979, and Baker Marine’s jackups built between 1979 - 1986;

  • served on the industry advisory committee for Panamanian-flag MODU’s, SNAME’s OC8 committee, and various ABS and IADC committees;
  • participated in the conversion of a deck barge to an under balanced drilling barge with quarters in Lake Maracaibo;
  • modified and mobilized a drilling rig being moved from Brazil to a zero-discharge, shallow water environment;
  • provided support and interfaced with upper management for a 33-vessel fleet of mobile offshore drilling units for a Fortune 500 company;
  • obtained USCG certification for over 50 grandfathered liftboats, and ABS approval of new deep water designs.
